Download mozilla firefox. Its better and faster and most of all safer.

To help you directly fix the problem with it, go to the Microsoft home page and click on Download Center. Search for XML Parser. Download and install. Voila!
SIDENOTE: I agree with the rest here that Firefox is the better browser in a lot of ways but is not compatible with ALL pages out there.

I prefer firefox or/and Google Chrome. If you wish to try to fix internet explorer try this.
Go to control panel <> internet options <> advanved <> reset explorer settings to their default conditions <> click reset <> click apply <> click OK
