The only way you can check you company’s exchange server is if the server has an outside IP address and you know it, or if you company has the software/hardware to create a VPN tunnel through their firewall so it makes your computer virtually part of their network. Then you can set your outook to talk to the server with its internal IP.


Either way, you have to talk to your company’s IT department and ask permission and get information on how to do it.
