Quandary by t0ink: What to do when only one PC can connect to the internet?
Our Internet Connection is a PLDT myDSL business plan and a Wireless-G Broadbad Booster router. Only the main PC can connect to the internet and the other computers doesn’t have any. When I clicked trouble shoot it says: “Connection can’t reach the main domain(DNS server)”. I’ve tried recabling and restarting.
Can the settings be adjusted to fix this? if so please give the instructions or a link to directions.

DNS server is the thing that tells your computer how to get to answers.yahoo.com The router is supposed to supply that information to your computers. Try this address
in your browser. If that gets you to answers.yahoo.com, then you have internet access but no phone book. If this is the case, run the wizards on your router again.
The address is answers.yahoo.com. It is one of a bunch that get you here. Links won’t work because you need the DNS server to work for that.
I did something called NSLOOKUP to get that address
Fully grasp better?
