I’ve tried combining two of my Yahoo email addresses together so that I would only have to log into one account to read both. Anyway, for some reason it does not work. The problem is the POP Mail Server. What is a POP Mail Server? What do I type inside the “POP Mail Server” blank to combine the both?

For yahoo mail you need upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get

the full pop3 service for access to.

* Outlook

* Microsoft Outlook Express.

* Microsoft Outlook Express for Macintosh.

* IncrediMail build 618 and higher.

* Mozilla Thunderbird.

* And Others.

The recent changes Yahoo has made has temporarily made ypops unable to download your mail. However they are working on a new version the will allow you to once again download your email with out subscribing to Plus!

As of today 4/13/08 they have a rough version available for testing. But it is not done or fully stable, I would wait.

If you want to use Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird or other third party email clients to view your email you have 2 options.

Subscribe to mail plus:

or download and install YPOPS

then follow the directions for your version of outlook here,

Then Click on Configuring email clients towards the bottom.

Choose the appropriate link for your mail client.
