My boss accidentally deleted yahoo inbox mail items through Outlook. He forgot to check “leave messages on server” and it removed all his messages from his yahoo mail. He had several years of emails there. We have tried submitting a restore request through yahoo, but we haven’t heard back from. It’s been 3 or 4 days now. We are getting worried that we may never get these messages back. We are will to pay yahoo for support. What should we do? Any help is appreciated.

You can’t retrieve deleted mails but you can call yahoo support if its possible.

Open your mail page click on your trash folder this is where all deleted mail goes and depending on how long it’s been yahoo could have already emptied your trash folder.
