If you are using password-protected surveys, this error occurs when you try to upload the configuration file to the server. It doesn’t seem to matter if you manually type the passwords in or import them from another data source.


Un-installing the 5.1 upgrade and re-installing 5.0 will fix the problem (make sure that you have your license key handy for the re-install).
