I’ve installed Outlook 2007 and set up a gmail account there, everything’s fine except the fact that Outlook 2007 keeps deleting my emails from Gmail, even though I put in advanced settings for my Gmail account “leave the copy of messages on server”!!

You have to go into your email settings and tell it not to delete from the server. Open Outlook. Go to Tools, then Email accounts. Highlight your gmail account and click Change. Click Advanced. Check Leave messages on Server. Save and Exit.
