Hyper-link to the session variables from page to connect?

Consider caused by Kevin Twizz: Hyperlink to redirect you to a page from a session variable?

I have a column MountID and when they click that mountID it takes you to that mounts Modify page. It is in a Gridvidew. I dont think its as simple as response.redirect because it has to include the mountID. Here is my code any help would be awesome!
